How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, provide shipment updates, process job applications and, where you have opted in, send periodic logistics insights. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing with third parties
Shipment information may be shared with carriers, customs authorities, port operators and partner agents strictly where necessary to move and clear your cargo. Service providers who process data on our behalf act under contract and on our instructions.
Retention
Enquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to satisfy customs, tax and trade record-keeping obligations. Marketing contacts are removed promptly on unsubscribe.
Security
Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it for their role, protected by individual accounts and encrypted transport. We review access permissions regularly.
